Our players are located all over Europe – typically we have 1–2 experts for every class who accept all orders. With other providers, the location where the professional arena players are based is not always clearly evident. Some providers, for example, use Chinese or other exotic accounts. This does not only impair the quality of the service, but the risk of an account block increases when a UK account is suddenly played from China.
