Yes, it is. All of us are either professional WoW tournament players or players with at least a rank 1 title.

Can other players find out that I am using the service?
As a matter of principle, both parties should try to keep the service as private as possible. If a server transfer is possible for you, nobody will probably find out that you have not earned the rating. If you want us to gain it directly on your server, it depends on how active you were in PvP before and on how many people know you.
